The Kultro Gourmet Series pays homage to the extraordinary Japanese tradition of fine cutlery, but with distinct choices that could only be William Henry. Five knives ranging from paring to 8” chefs are finely crafted from forged stainless damascus steel, featuring 76 layers of 316 stainless supporting a core of 10Cr15V, an edge steel that is vacuum heat treated and tempered to an optimal hardness of HRC 60 for sharpness, wear resistance, and superior performance. The hidden tang construction is inspired by the timeless architecture of fine Japanese cutlery, with a compressed resin front section of the handle reminiscent of buffalo horn, used in traditional design. Elegant, balanced, comfortable, and lightweight, these knives are in a class all their own. A matching diamond coated sharpener completes the set, which is shipped in its own professional grade leather roll with protective blade covers.
Choose your exotic handle material, paired with beautiful stone and metal ring sets, and choose the hardwood for your display rack.
