Each of the diamonds at Gunderson's comes with its own grading report prepared by the experts at one of the following independent laboratories: the American Gemological Society (AGS), the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), the European Gemological Laboratories (EGL) or the International Gemological Institute (IGI). These reports guarantee the quality of your diamond.
Gunderson's guarantees the price of our loose diamonds for 30 days. If, during that time, you find a better value than we offered, we will meet our competitor's price and gladly refund the difference.
Gunderson's guarantees the workmanship on our jewelry and will repair or replace any defective piece for 1 full year after purchase.
Gunderson's guarantees the value of any loose diamond you may choose to trade in. You'll receive the same monetary value in trade-in as you originally paid. Plus, if the value of your diamond has increased since your purchase, you'll receive the appreciated value for your diamond at trade-in... for life.
If for any reason you wish to return your diamond, you may do so within 30 days of purchase and Gunderson's will issue a full refund of your purchase price with no questions asked. (Excluding custom orders).
