PROPOSAL STORY:
Fourth of July weekend is a big celebration for his family. They all get together eat lots of food, play games, watersports and light off fireworks. This year my parents were invited to come down as well. It started out like a normal family occasion we played yard Yahtzee sat out on the water, ate lots of food but when evening came around Joe pulled me aside asked if I wanted to go on an ATV ride around the lakes. I thought it was a little suspicious but sounded fun! We drove off while the sun was setting and drove around for a while, I was starting to think what are we doing and where are we going.? He finally pulled off by the shore of a nearby lake. The ATV "died" so we got out looking at the water and the sunset. I knew something was up so I couldn't stop smiling then he got down on one knee, showed me the ring I cried and obviously said YES. When we got back to the family cabin, we had a great celebration people were ready with champagne and it was an amazing fourth of July weekend!
