PROPOSAL STORY:
Over our 7-year relationship, Maddie and I have grown fond of taking trips to see the treasures hidden within our National Parks. On the surface, this trip looked much like the rest of those adventures, with the added excitement of hiding an engagement ring in our shared bags for 4 days. While Maddie had always thought this trip might be the one we got engaged, she had begun to lose hope after 3 days of countless breathtaking views coming and going with no trace of a ring. Finally, the last day of our trip had arrived, and with it, an unfamiliar pink sunset in front of Mt. Baker; a beautiful backdrop for a moment soon to come.

Maddie and I had arranged for couples photos to be taken with Mt Baker, her last hope for an engagement on this trip. Her ring finally made an appearance 35 minutes into this photoshoot, a time that she had never contemplated, but will never forget.
