PROPOSAL STORY:
It was a snowy night a few days before Christmas and I didn’t want to go out for once, so Dan came over to have dinner. While I was busy cooking a meal, he hid a ring box in plain sight, but obscured by darkness. After dinner, we were relaxing on my couch when I brought up a question “who do you think is more romantic?” I thought I was since I plan our dates and keep things interesting. Dan was thinking “she doesn’t even know how romantic I am,” since I still hadn’t seen the ring box.
I had just added a new plant to my plant collection and asked if he could point it out. We turned on the lights and that’s when I saw a little treasure chest on my entertainment center. “Is that for me?” I asked. I opened it to find a beautiful gold ring with a braided band and a single sparkly diamond in the center. “Do you want to ask me something? Should you be on one knee?” I blurted out.
“WillYouMarryMe?” Dan asked quickly.
“Sure! YES.” I said awkwardly.
A few days after, we slowly revealed to family and friends. Getting them to notice was the most fun we had!
